We are hiring an SEO Content Writer to create search-focused, useful and engaging content for MedhaviOne. You will turn SEO requirements, audience needs and business objectives into content that attracts the right audience, improves organic visibility and supports business growth.

You will work closely with the SEO, Marketing, Design, Business Development and other internal teams to plan, create and optimize content.

What you will do

You will own content creation from keyword research and brief to publishing and optimization.

- Research topics, keywords, search intent and audience requirements before writing.
- Create SEO-friendly blogs, website pages, landing pages, articles, guides, FAQs and other digital content.
- Write clear, engaging and original content that matches the target audience and business objective.
- Follow SEO best practices for headings, keyword placement, internal linking, meta content and content structure.
- Work with the SEO team to convert keyword research and SEO briefs into high-quality content.
- Optimise existing content based on rankings, traffic, search intent and content performance.
- Create content that is structured for both traditional search and emerging AI/search experiences, including AEO, GEO and AI-driven discovery.
- Research industry trends, competitors and relevant topics to identify new content opportunities.
- Develop compelling headlines, introductions, CTAs and supporting copy that improve user engagement.
- Ensure content is factually accurate,



well-researched and aligned with MedhaviOnes tone and messaging.
- Collaborate with SEO team members to support content-led landing pages, visuals, and other assets.
- Maintain content calendars and deliver content within agreed timelines.
- Review and update older content to improve relevance, accuracy, rankings and organic performance.
- Use AI tools where appropriate for research, ideation and content workflows while ensuring the final content is original, accurate and human-edited.
- Monitor content performance and contribute recommendations based on organic traffic, rankings, engagement and conversions.

Must have

- 2-3 years of experience in SEO content writing, digital content writing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO content writing and search intent.
- Experience writing blogs, website pages, landing pages and other digital content.
- Excellent English writing, grammar and editing skills.
- Ability to research complex topics and simplify them for the target audience.
- Understanding of keyword research, content optimisation, internal linking and on-page SEO.
- Ability to write original, informative and engaging content without unnecessary keyword stuffing.
- Comfortable working with SEO briefs, content calendars and deadlines.




- Strong attention to detail and ability to fact-check content before publishing.

Good to have

- Experience in B2B, education, skills, employment, HR, technology or related sectors.
- Understanding of AEO, GEO, AI search and LLM visibility.
- Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Experience creating content for Social and other professional platforms.
