Role Description The Content Management Specialist will manage, organize, and optimize digital content across websites, landing pages, and other marketing channels to support growth and performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, uploading and formatting content in CMS platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, and collaborating with marketing, design, and SEO teams to align content with campaign objectives.

The role also involves monitoring content performance, maintaining accurate metadata and tags, executing basic on-page SEO,



and recommending improvements based on analytics. This is a full time remote role, requiring close coordination with a distributed team and reliable, proactive communication.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar) and basic HTML/CSS familiarity.
- Experience in digital marketing, including content planning, campaign support, and alignment with growth and performance objectives.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, on-page optimization, and keyword implementation within digital content.
- Ability to work with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to interpret data and improve content performance.
- Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfort working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, development) in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in content operations, web content publishing, or similar digital roles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
