The Ideal Home & Garden is hiring a full-time Content, Editorial & Social Media Executive. Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

The role includes

- Writing carousel copy, captions and short editorial articles
- Managing social media posting, formatting, credits, tags and keywords
- Basic reel editing
- Basic Canva execution
- Coordinating with writers, designers, photographers and social media support
- Supporting guest lists, editorial shoots and events
- Occasionally attending events and travelling for work when required

We’re looking for someone who is:

- From a background in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, Digital Marketing or Content
- Fast, responsive and extremely detail-oriented
- A strong writer with good editorial judgment and an instinct for what makes a story engaging
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks from brief to final execution
- Proactive about flagging delays or problems rather than waiting to be followed up with
- Comfortable receiving feedback and working in a fast-paced editorial environment




- Visually aware, with an interest in design, interiors, architecture, culture or lifestyle
- Experienced in professionally managing social media pages

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Full-time availability only — not suitable for students or internships
- Prior experience handling professional Instagram accounts
- Strong written English
- Basic Canva and reel-editing skills

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and fit, with scope for performance-linked growth.
