Role Description The Content Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for planning, creating, and managing content that supports Poetry Designs’ architectural and sustainable construction services. This role includes developing engaging content across digital and print channels and managing Social Media platforms of the company.

The person in this role will architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and sustainability values. Day-to-day tasks include content strategy development, managing content calendars,



overseeing content production workflows, editing, graphic designing and monitoring the effectiveness of training and communication materials.

The Content Development

Manager will also coordinate with leadership to support client education initiatives, internal knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of content processes.

Qualifications

- Strong content development and instructional design skills, with experience creating clear, structured materials for diverse audiences.
- Effective communication and training skills, including the ability to present complex information in accessible, engaging formats.
- Demonstrated project management abilities, with experience planning timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering content on schedule.
- Familiarity with sustainable design, construction, or architecture is highly beneficial, along with an interest in climate-responsive building practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in in graphic designing, basic videography, editing and online trend research and posting calendar planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Robust attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, and a collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
