About the Role

We are looking for a Content & Digital Marketing Executive to work across The Outstanding Indian Studio and Brand Bench .

The role combines content creation, organic marketing, social media, and paid advertising . We're looking for someone who can think of ideas, write well, understand audiences, and execute consistently.

Key Responsibilities

- Create blogs, website content, captions, LinkedIn posts, carousel copy, ad copy, and video scripts .
- Plan and execute organic social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
- Research trends, competitors, keywords, and content opportunities.
- Support SEO and organic traffic growth through useful, search-friendly content.
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Track basic organic and paid performance and suggest improvements.
- Work with our designers and video editor to turn content ideas into finished creatives.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, ideation, and content workflows.

What We're Looking For
- Strong written and spoken English .




- Good understanding of social media and content marketing.
- Ability to write engaging, clear, and platform-specific content.
- Basic practical knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads .
- Creative, curious, and willing to experiment.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.

Qualification & Experience 0–2 years . Freshers with relevant internships, projects, or a strong portfolio are welcome.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, English, Business, or a related field is preferred, but practical skills matter more than the degree .
