Content Creator, Reels & Video Editing Specialist – Real Estate Company: Unifit Realty

About the Role Unifit Realty is looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator & Reel Producer to build our short-form video presence across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and LinkedIn.

This is not a conventional Social Media Manager role.

We are looking for someone who can take an idea from concept → hook → script → shoot → edit → publish → analyse performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop engaging and original Reel ideas around Gurgaon real estate, property trends, projects, lifestyle and market insights
- Create strong hooks designed to capture attention in the first 1–3 seconds
- Write scripts, talking points and captions
- Shoot Reels independently using mobile/professional camera equipment
- Edit Reels independently using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent
- Handle subtitles, transitions, B-roll, music, sound effects and basic colour correction
- Shoot founder-led videos, property walkthroughs, market explainers, interviews and vox-pop content
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar
- Coordinate occasional shoots with external photographers, videographers or agencies when required
- Publish and optimise content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Track performance including views, watch time, retention, skip rate, shares, saves, profile visits and leads
- Continuously test different hooks,



formats and content styles
- Repurpose long-form/raw footage into multiple short-form pieces
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube and short-form content trends

Must-Have Skills
- Strong Reel shooting skills — mandatory
- Strong Reel editing skills — mandatory
- Excellent understanding of short-form video content
- Solid sense of hooks, storytelling and pacing
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Ability to work independently from concept to final published video
- Good understanding of social-media analytics
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Interest in real estate, Gurgaon and business/market content is an advantage

What We Are Looking For Someone who doesn't simply ask:

“What should I post today?”

We want someone who can say:

“Here is the idea, here is the hook, this is how we should shoot it, and here is why it can work.”

The ideal candidate is a creator videographer editor content thinker, rather than a conventional social-media executive.

Portfolio Required Candidates must share their Reel/video portfolio with their application.

Applications without relevant video work may not be considered.

Selection Process Shortlisted candidates may be asked to create a short sample Reel based on a Gurgaon real-estate topic.

Compensation Competitive salary based on experience, content quality and technical skills.
