Role Summary

We are looking for a Content Creator L&D;, who can create simple, practical, and engaging training content. The role involves working with trainers to convert training requirements into training materials, activities, assessments, practice guides, and self-learning modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Create training content based on trainer requirements.
- Develop PPTs, activities, examples, case studies, and practice material.
- Create pre- and post-training assessments.
- Develop self-paced learning modules for the LMS.
- Create training material that managers can use with their teams.
- Update and improve content based on feedback and training results.
- Create different versions of content for different campuses/teams.




- Upload and maintain content on the learning platform.
- Use AI tools for content drafts, question banks, and research where required.

What We're Looking For

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in L&D; training content, curriculum development, instructional design, or teaching material creation.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Experience creating training or teaching content.
- Ability to create assessments and learning activities.
- Experience with LMS or learning platforms is preferred.
- Ability to understand training needs and convert them into practical content.
- Comfortable working with deadlines and monthly training schedules.

Valuable to Have

- Experience creating video or recorded learning content.
- Knowledge of Hindi or Telugu.
- Experience in curriculum, training, teaching, or L&D; content creation.
