About the Role

Datameris IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and camera-confident Content Creator cum Video Editor to join our growing creative and marketing team.

This is a dual-role position that combines on-camera content creation with professional video editing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable appearing in front of the camera, developing creative content ideas, and transforming raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, digital campaigns, and other marketing platforms.

We are looking for someone who understands current content trends, has solid visual storytelling skills, and can take ownership of the content creation process from concept to final output.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & On-Camera Presentation

- Present, host, and appear confidently in Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Develop creative content concepts, scripts, hooks, and storylines aligned with brand objectives.
- Deliver content naturally and confidently across different formats and platforms.
- Participate in multiple takes and adapt presentation style based on content requirements.
- Research current social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for brand content.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.

Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit raw video footage into polished and engaging final content.
- Perform video trimming, sequencing, transitions, text animations, motion graphics,



audio editing, and basic color correction/grading.
- Create platform-specific content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and other digital channels.
- Add appropriate captions, graphics, sound effects, music, and visual elements to enhance viewer engagement.
- Organize video assets, project files, footage, and final deliverables systematically.
- Ensure all videos meet quality, branding, and delivery requirements.

Collaboration & Production
- Work closely with the creative, content, and marketing teams to execute content strategies.
- Assist with basic video shooting and production when required.
- Support framing, lighting, camera setup, and basic production requirements.
- Manage multiple content projects and meet agreed deadlines.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the organization's overall digital presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in content creation and video editing.
- Demonstrated experience in both on-camera presentation and video editing.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Good understanding of motion graphics, typography, audio editing, transitions, and color correction.




- Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and other social media formats.
- Ability to follow current social media trends and adapt content accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.

Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of video shooting, including framing, lighting, camera angles, and camera/gimbal handling.
- Good English communication skills; experience in English hosting or voiceovers will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- Experience working on digital marketing, advertising, branding, or social media campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film Production, Visual Communication, or a related field.
