About PitaaraPitaara is an Indore-based premium packaging brand creating culturally rooted packaging for Indian sweets, gifting and celebrations.

Our visual language draws inspiration from Indian art, architecture, textiles, craft and culture. Content plays an important role in how we tell these stories — through product photography, films, Reels, people, places and the creative process behind the brand.

We are looking for a Content Creation Intern who enjoys working hands-on with cameras, lighting, composition, storytelling and editing.

About the InternshipThis is a camera-first, hands-on content creation role.

You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team to shoot and edit content for Pitaara across product photography, cinematic product videos, Reels, behind-the-scenes content, founder-led videos, Indian art storytelling and festive campaigns.

We are looking for someone who enjoys experimenting with frames, light, movement and editing — and who wants to improve their craft by creating real brand content regularly.

Strong fundamentals in photography and videography matter more to us than fancy equipment.

What You’ll Do

- Shoot high-quality photographs and videos of Pitaara's packaging, sweets boxes and gifting products.
- Create Reels and short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms.
- Plan shots, compositions, camera movements, lighting and overall visual treatment for different content formats.
- Work confidently with camera settings such as aperture, shutter speed, ISO, frame rate, exposure and white balance.
- Use practical lighting techniques including diffusion, reflection, light direction, softness, colour temperature and light shaping.
- Shoot detailed product visuals highlighting artwork, textures, foil, print finishes, box opening, tray fitment and the overall packaging experience.
- Create cinematic product films and visually polished social-media content.
- Shoot behind-the-scenes, founder-led and people-focused content when required.
- Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve,



After Effects, CapCut or equivalent software.
- Work with colour correction and colour grading to achieve polished, consistent visuals.
- Develop hooks, shot sequences and visual storytelling ideas for short-form content.
- Understand Pitaara's products, audience, cultural inspirations and brand aesthetic and translate them into strong visual content.
- Help improve our existing office shooting setup and suggest practical improvements in lighting, equipment and workflow.
- Collaborate with the creative team on campaigns, experiments and new content formats.

- You are comfortable handling a camera and understand basic manual camera controls.
- You have a strong eye for framing, lighting, composition, movement, colour and detail.
- You enjoy shooting and experimenting rather than only working with pre-existing footage.
- You can take a piece of content from idea → shoot → edit → final output.
- You understand the basics of short-form social-media content and visual storytelling.
- You are comfortable with video-editing software.
- You are curious and willing to experiment with different shooting and editing styles.
- You take feedback positively and continuously work on improving your craft.
- You communicate well and work comfortably with a small creative team.
- You are punctual, dependable and respectful of timelines.
- You pay attention to small visual details.
- You are available to work in-office in Indore for the complete 2.5-month internship.

Good to HaveThese are advantages, but not mandatory:




- Experience with product photography or commercial videography.
- Understanding of studio lighting, modifiers, lenses and camera equipment.
- Experience with cinematography and advanced colour grading.
- Experience creating Reels or videos for brands, products, cafés, fashion, lifestyle businesses or creators.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar software.
- Ability to comfortably direct people during shoots.
- An understanding of social-media content and what makes a viewer stop scrolling.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted tools for ideation, scripting, cleanup, editing or creative enhancement.

AI skills are welcome as an additional creative tool, but this remains a hands-on photography, videography and editing role. Robust shooting, visual storytelling and editing fundamentals are essential. What You’ll Get to Work OnYou won’t be limited to routine social-media posts.

You’ll get the opportunity to build a portfolio with real commercial and brand work during the internship. Internship CompensationThis is a paid internship.

₹10,000 fixed stipend + up to ₹2,500 performance-linked variable stipend per month.

The variable component will be based on performance, quality of work, consistency and contribution during the internship.
