Key Responsibilities:
- Demand & Supply Planning:
Lead S&OP; processes, baseline forecasting, capacity allocation, and regional inventory optimization.
- Production Scheduling:
Coordinate factory and co-packer schedules to balance line capacities, material availability, and stock demand.
- Fill Rate Improvement:
Monitor fill rates, run root-cause analysis for stockouts, and implement service-level fixes.
- Modern Trade & eCommerce O2C:
Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle, PO fulfillment, appointment slots, and delivery SLAs for MT and Quick-Commerce platforms.
Skills Required
Skills Required:
- 4–8 years of supply chain experience in top-tier FMCG companies.
- Deep knowledge of Contemporary Trade and Quick-Commerce (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, D-Mart) order fulfillment cycles.
- Degree in Logistics, or an MBA in Operations/Supply Chain.
