Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the overall operations and business development of a Life Insurance branch through the Agency Channel. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing the agency network, achieving sales targets, and managing branch performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall business operations and performance of the branch.
Drive life insurance business through the Agency Channel.
Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage insurance agents/advisors.
Build and maintain a strong agency network to achieve business targets.




Set and monitor sales targets for agents and the branch team.
Drive current business, renewals, cross-selling, and customer acquisition.
Train, motivate, and support agents to improve productivity.
Monitor agent performance and implement strategies for business growth.
Conduct regular branch and agent performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and internal processes.
Maintain solid relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Ensure achievement of branch revenue and profitability targets.

Pay: ₹114,540.22 - ₹198,674.97 per month
