Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify recent sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers
Present products or services to potential clients via phone or virtual meetings
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to improve lead generation strategies
