Job Title: Business Development Executive
Work location: Work From Home (WFH) + travel (as needed)
Job Type: Open for Permanent or freelancing/commission basis
No. of Working days (Per Week): 5-days week (general shift)

Candidate Profile:
Solid background in sales/business development within recruitment or HR services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset
Knowledge of recruitment processes and talent market trends

Role & Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management -
Identify and engage recent clients across industries for recruitment services in specific and also for other HR services like HR Consulting, Payroll, etc.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and CXOs.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client hiring needs and aligning solutions
Business Growth & Revenue Generation -
Drive sales targets through proactive business development and account farming.
Develop proposals, negotiate contracts,



and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
Expand wallet share by cross-selling recruitment solutions (IT, non-IT, leadership hiring)
Market Intelligence & Strategy -
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market dynamics.
Provide insights to management for pricing, positioning, and service differentiation.
Identify emerging opportunities in niche sectors and regional markets
Recruitment Process Collaboration -
Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of mandates.
Align client expectations with candidate availability and market realities.
Ensure smooth coordination between consultants, candidates, and clients
Reporting & Governance -
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and closures.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on business performance and client engagement.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and ethical recruitment practices
