We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, develop client relationships, and contribute to overall business growth.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other relevant channels.
Understand the business requirements and challenges of prospective clients.
Present the company's services and solutions to potential clients.
Conduct introductory calls, meetings, and business discussions.
Follow up consistently with leads and prospects.
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Negotiate with clients and work towards closing business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and smooth execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, proposals, and conversions.




Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or a related role.
Experience in D2C, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
