Business Development Executive – US Market

Location: Pune, Full-time, Work from office

Experience: 1–4 years

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has actually worked in B2B sales/BD and understands the sales funnel - not someone who has only done lead generation.

You should be comfortable taking a prospect through:

Lead → Outreach → Qualification → Discovery → Proposal → Follow-up → Closure

Experience selling IT services, SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance or consulting services is preferred.

US-market sales experience is a robust advantage.

Your responsibilities
Identify, research and qualify prospects
Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email and cold calls
Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
Understand prospect requirements and qualify opportunities
Schedule and participate in discovery calls
Coordinate with the founder/delivery team on proposals
Follow opportunities through negotiation and closure
Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline updates
Track key metrics such as meetings, opportunities, proposals and conversions

What you should bring
1 to 4 years of B2B sales / business development experience
Experience selling to US clients preferred




Experience in IT/SaaS/cybersecurity/consulting is a plus
Good understanding of B2B sales funnels and qualification
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable speaking with founders, CTOs and other decision-makers
Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce or

similar
Solid professional presence on LinkedIn

LinkedIn is not a strict requirement, but an active and qualified profile is strongly preferred. As this is a US-facing sales role, prospects may visit your LinkedIn profile after receiving an outreach message.

Compensation

Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives, based on experience and suitability.
