Role Summary

We're looking for a Business Development Manager- US IT staffing and consulting to build a qualified pipeline of US-based clients through cold calling, email campaigns, referral networking, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
Targeted Prospecting & Outreach: Execute cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn strategies to identify and engage US decision-makers in high-demand skill areas (AI, Cloud, ERP, Data).




Lead Generation & Qualification: Leverage referral networks and perform initial vetting to pass high-value, sales-ready prospects to the business development team.
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term prospect trust through consistent, value-driven touchpoints to convert cold leads into warm pipeline opportunities.
Market Intelligence & CRM Tracking: Track hiring trends to refine outreach targeting while maintaining accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM.

What We're Looking For
4 years in lead generation, demand generation, or inside sales, ideally supporting a US-facing IT staffing or consulting business.
Solid phone and written communication skills for cold outreach and email campaigns.
Proven ability to build referral networks and generate leads through multiple channels.
Comfortable with US hours/overlap; familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus.
