We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to work closely with the Director and drive cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, HR, Sales, and Operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with solid execution capabilities who can manage multiple priorities, streamline processes, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support
Partner with the Director to develop and execute business strategies.
Track organizational goals, KPIs, and performance metrics across departments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for leadership decision-making.
Marketing
Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for branding and promotions.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Sales
Assist in sales planning, pipeline tracking, and target achievement.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor sales performance data and generate actionable insights.
Human Resources (HR)
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Help implement HR policies, performance management, and training programs.
Act as a bridge between employees and leadership.
Operations




Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure efficiency.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
Coordinate cross-functional workflows and ensure timely execution.
Project Management
Lead and manage cross-departmental projects.
Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Facilitate communication between teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
