Express Parcel Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development qualified from the logistics industry to drive new customer acquisition and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
Generate recent business for international courier, air freight, sea freight and logistics services.
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, references, market research and direct outreach.
Conduct client visits and face-to-face meetings to identify new business opportunities.
Build relationships with potential customers and convert prospects into active clients.
Understand customer shipping requirements and introduce suitable logistics solutions.
Develop new accounts and generate regular, repeat business.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of newly acquired customers.
Achieve defined sales, customer acquisition and revenue targets.

Requirements:
2–5+ years of sales/business development experience in logistics,



international courier, freight forwarding, air freight or sea freight.
Strong understanding of international shipping and import/export logistics.
Proven ability to generate leads, acquire current customers and bring in business.
Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, field sales and regular client visits.
Existing industry contacts/network will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel for business development activities.

Important: Relevant logistics industry experience is required. Candidates with sales experience limited to unrelated sectors such as credit cards, telecom, insurance or similar industries will not be considered. Compensation: Competitive salary + bonus + health benefits, based on experience and proven sales ability.
