Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop recent business opportunities in Pharma, Hospitals, Hotels, Commercial Buildings, Data Centres, and Industrial sectors. Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and customer visits. Meet consultants, contractors, facility managers, MEP consultants, and end users to promote company products and services.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations. Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers. Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders. Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams for smooth project delivery.
Maintain solid customer relationships and provide after-sales support. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
