We are looking for a Business development Intern to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should be confident, enthusiastic, and interested in building a career in sales and real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Generate recent leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Connect with potential customers and understand their property requirements.
Explain projects, pricing, amenities, and other property details to clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
Solid follow-up and convincing skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
