Responsibilities:
Generate new overseas clients
Bring job orders and sign MOUs / agreements with clients.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Achieve monthly targets for job orders and revenue.
Conduct market research and identify current business opportunities.
Requirements:
3–10 years experience in overseas manpower recruitment.
Robust contacts with Gulf clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Understanding of end-to-end recruitment and visa processes.
