Educational Qualification
MBA / BBM with B.Tech degree(Electrical /electronics )
Relevant educational background in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience
Minimum 3-4years of overall work experience in a Manufacturing / Production Industry.
1–2 years of experience in Marketing / Business Development (BDM) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth.
Manage and motivate teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Prepare and deliver business presentations and reports.
Support management in achieving sales and business development goals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
