Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and concept-oriented classes for CA students.
Teach subjects such as:
Cost & Management Accounting
Direct Taxation
Indirect Taxation / GST
Economics
, as applicable to the CA curriculum.
Explain theoretical and practical concepts with relevant examples and case studies.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study material, question banks, and revision notes.
Solve and discuss
ICAI study material, RTPs, MTPs, past examination questions, and practice questions
.
Conduct revision sessions, doubt-solving classes, and examination-oriented discussions.
Regularly evaluate student performance through tests and assessments.
Provide constructive feedback and academic guidance to students.
Keep teaching content aligned with the latest
ICAI syllabus, amendments, notifications, and examination pattern
.
Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and student outcomes.
Maintain qualified communication and a positive classroom setting.
Eligibility
CA / CA Finalist / CMA / relevant postgraduate qualification
, depending on the subject.
Solid command over the relevant CA curriculum.
Prior teaching experience in CA/CMA/commerce coaching is preferred.
Candidates with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
