Role & Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial and business performance.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data used for reporting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection, validation, and reporting.
Support statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Support IFRS 17 reporting, financial closing, and month-end/year-end activities.
Participate in finance process improvement and automation initiatives.

Skills: Financial Analysis & Variance Analysis, Advanced MS Excel Financial Modeling Financial Accounting & Reconciliations
