We are looking for a Center Head to lead sales activities at our Edappal center. The role will primarily focus on student admissions, lead conversion, sales target achievement, team management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and yearly sales and admission targets.
Generate and convert leads through calls, follow-ups, counselling, and direct meetings.
Manage and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Assign leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
Conduct regular college visits and student outreach activities.
Develop new leads through referrals, campaigns, events, and local networking.
Handle student and parent enquiries and support the admission process.
Build relationships with colleges and other potential business partners.
Track daily sales activities, lead status, conversions, and revenue.
Prepare daily, weekly,
and monthly sales reports.
Identify recent sales opportunities and implement strategies to increase admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Motivate the sales team and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Handle customer follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective students.
Support the management in achieving overall center revenue goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, education sales, or team handling.
Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven.
Experience in lead conversion and team management.
Willingness to travel for college visits and business development.
Immediate joiners preferred.
