Vahra Technology is a manufacturer of water automation and electronic control products. We are looking for an experienced and business-minded professional who can take responsibility for growing our business across India.
Role: Business Growth Partner – Sales & Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand B2B sales across India
Build and manage dealer and distributor networks
Develop business with corporate and institutional customers
Identify recent markets and business opportunities
Build sales strategies and execute them independently
Develop long-term relationships with customers and business partners
Work closely with management on overall business growth
Who We Are Looking For:
Strong experience in Sales, Business Development or Channel Sales
Preference for experience in Electrical, Pumps, Automation, Water Management, Agricultural Equipment or related industries
Valuable understanding of dealer/distributor networks and B2B sales
Ability to take ownership and work independently
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in growing a business
For the right candidate who demonstrates strong performance and long-term commitment, profit sharing / partnership opportunity may also be considered based on mutual understanding.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
