Administrative Tasks: Helping with progress tracking, record keeping, and basic contract management under the guidance of senior supervisors.

Qualifications: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent; many employers prefer candidates with a willingness to pursue a Level 4 qualification (such as an NVQ or HNC) in construction management.

Experience: While some roles require 3-5 years of prior construction experience, many trainee programs are designed for career changers or those starting from laborer positions, offering a clear pathway to becoming a certified site supervisor.

Pay: ₹19,800.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
