Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage construction activities for a Data Center Project . The ideal candidate should have robust experience in large-scale building construction, with preference given to professionals who have handled Data Center or High-Rise Building Projects .

The role requires strong expertise in project execution, site management, planning, coordination, quality, safety, and timely completion of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall construction activities at the project site.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, Safety, Procurement, and MEP teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays, bottlenecks, and site-level issues.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources.
- Review construction methodologies and ensure proper execution at site.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients for technical clarifications and site requirements.




- Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and statutory requirements at the project site.
- Conduct regular site meetings and review progress with project teams.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Prepare and review project progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Support project planning, cost control, resource planning, and overall project delivery.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities.
- Drive the project towards timely completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Candidate Profile
- 15–20 years of overall construction experience in large-scale building projects.
- Strong experience in Data Center projects is highly preferred.
- Candidates with High-Rise Building Project experience will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of construction execution, site management, project coordination, and resource management.
- Experience managing large site teams and multiple subcontractors.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and project schedules.
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage construction activities under tight project timelines.

Preferred Candidates Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh candidates are preferred.
