Video Intelligence / Computer Vision Expert

We are looking for a strong Computer Vision / Video Analytics Engineer who can independently build reliable video intelligence tools from CCTV and recorded video feeds.

Key skills

- Python and OpenCV
- YOLO, object detection and tracking
- Computer vision and video analytics
- RTSP, CCTV and IP camera integration
- Object detection, counting and tracking
- Multi-camera video processing
- Model training, fine-tuning and optimization
- Edge and on-premise deployment
- Linux, Docker and Git
- Performance optimization for low-compute hardware

Key deliverables
- Convert business requirements into working video analytics modules
- Build and deploy detection, tracking, counting and event-detection systems
- Process live and recorded CCTV feeds
- Optimize models for reliable real-world deployment




- Create configurable analytics pipelines for different cameras and use cases
- Integrate analytics outputs with APIs, databases and reporting systems
- Test accuracy and continuously reduce false positives and false negatives

KPIs
- Accuracy and reliability of deployed analytics
- False-positive and false-negative rates
- Processing speed and hardware efficiency
- Time from requirement to working deployment

- Stability of production systems
- Number of successfully deployed video analytics modules

Required experience At least 5 years of hands-on experience in computer vision or video analytics.

We are looking for a builder who can independently take a video analytics problem from requirements through development, testing and deployment.
