Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified, innovative, and passionate PGT Computer Science AI & Robotics Teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, programming, emerging technologies, and practical project-based learning. The candidate will be responsible for teaching senior secondary students and developing their technical, logical, computational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, and related technology subjects to senior secondary students.

- Prepare structured and engaging lesson plans aligned with the prescribed school curriculum.

- Teach programming concepts, computational thinking, algorithms, data structures, databases, and computer fundamentals.

- Introduce students to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning fundamentals, Robotics, automation, IoT, and emerging technologies as applicable to the curriculum.

- Conduct practical classes, coding sessions, robotics activities, demonstrations, and hands-on projects.

- Guide students in developing AI, Robotics, coding, STEM, and technology-based projects.

- Teach programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java/C++ or other relevant languages based on the school curriculum.

- Develop students' logical reasoning, computational thinking, coding, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Prepare students for school examinations, board examinations, practical assessments, competitions, and technology-related activities.

- Create assignments, worksheets, coding exercises, practical tasks, question papers, and project-based assessments.

- Evaluate students' academic and practical performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Mentor students for coding competitions, robotics competitions, hackathons, science exhibitions, STEM activities, and technology projects.

- Manage and maintain computer laboratories and robotics/AI equipment.

- Ensure safe and appropriate use of computers, electronic components,



robotics kits, and laboratory resources.

- Encourage students to explore innovative technology solutions through project-based learning.

- Maintain student attendance, academic records, project records, and performance reports.

- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, workshops, school events, and academic activities.

- Collaborate with other faculty members and school management for curriculum planning and student development.

- Stay updated with developments in AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, Coding, IoT, Automation, and EdTech.

Educational Qualifications

- M.Tech / M.E. / MCA / M.Sc.

Computer

Science / M.Sc. IT / B.Tech / B.E.

Computer

Science or related qualification

from a recognized university.

- B.Ed. preferred/required as per school norms.

- Additional certifications or qualifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, Data Science, Programming, or STEM Education will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Computer Science and programming.

- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals.

- Knowledge of Robotics, automation, IoT, sensors, microcontrollers, and basic electronics will be an advantage.

- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to conduct practical and project-based learning.

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.

- Knowledge of smart-class and digital teaching tools.

- Passion for technology, innovation, STEM education, and student development.

Preferred Experience

- 25+ years of experience as PGT Computer Science / Computer Teacher / AI Teacher / Robotics Teacher preferred.

- Experience teaching Classes XIXII will be an advantage.

- Experience with CBSE/State Board curriculum preferred.

- Candidates with experience in AI, Robotics, coding clubs, STEM labs, or technology projects will be preferred.

- Freshers with strong technical qualifications and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
