The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training across the complete NIELIT O Level curriculum, as well as advanced specialized modules including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analytics, Python Programming, Digital Marketing, and Advanced Excel.If you have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, and a proven track record of mentoring students toward successful certifications and career paths, we want you on our team.Key Responsibilities:

- NIELIT O Level Delivery: Conduct comprehensive theory and practical sessions adhering strictly to the NIELIT O Level syllabus, including:

- M1-R5: Information Technology Tools and Network Basics

- M2-R5: Web Designing & Publishing (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photo Editor, Web Publishing)

- M3-R5: Programming and Problem Solving through Python

- M4-R5: Internet of Things (IoT) and its Applications

- Advanced Training: Design and deliver specialized modules for Advanced Excel (Macros, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Modeling), Data Analytics, and practical applications of AI.

- Digital Marketing Training: Educate students on SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, and Analytics tools.

- Lab & Project Mentorship: Guide students through regular hands-on lab practicals,



assignments, mock tests, and the mandatory NIELIT O Level project submissions.

- Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance regularly, provide constructive feedback, and prepare them for both practical and theory exams.

- Curriculum Maintenance: Keep course materials updated with the latest IT trends and industry demands.

Qualifications &

Skills Required:

- Education: B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, M.Sc (IT), NIELIT A/B Level, or equivalent degree.

- Experience: 1–3 years of teaching experience in an IT training institute or academic institution (Preferred). Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.

- Core Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Python Programming and core programming logic.

- Strong hold over web design languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).

- Expertise in Advanced Excel and data visualization concepts.

- Solid understanding of Digital Marketing frameworks and AI tools.

- Familiarity with standard administrative accounting/data tools (e.g., Tally Prime/solutions) is a major plus.

- Soft Skills: Solid classroom management, patience, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, accessible language.

- Languages: Excellent command over Hindi and English (bilingual teaching capabilities).
