AMSOL INDUSTRIES PRIVATE

Gondal

Company Description AMSOL Industries Private Limited is an emerging manufacturing company specializing in high-precision engineering components for global OEM customers. The organization is built on process discipline, engineering excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement, aiming to be a reliable and performance-driven partner in the global supply chain. AMSOL focuses on delivering engineered solutions that enhance performance, reduce cost, and improve manufacturability, rather than only increasing production capacity.

Its portfolio includes machined components from castings, forgings, and bar stock, as well as transmission parts like shafts, pulleys, couplings, rings, and customized components based on customer drawings. With end-to-end control over the manufacturing cycle and solid capabilities in CNC machining, process optimization, heat treatment coordination, surface finishing, and quality assurance, AMSOL consistently meets stringent OEM standards.

Role Description The Computer Aided Design Engineer will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing 3D models and engineering drawings for precision mechanical components and assemblies. Day-to-day tasks include translating customer specifications into detailed CAD designs, supporting process planning and manufacturability reviews, and collaborating with production and quality teams to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and reliability requirements.

The role also involves validating designs through simulations or design checks, maintaining design documentation and revision control, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in design workflows and standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at AMSOL Industries’ facility in Gondal.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and workflows, with hands-on experience creating detailed mechanical component and assembly drawings.
- Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering, including understanding of tolerances, fits, materials, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability.
- Experience in Physical Design concepts for mechanical systems, focusing on layout, packaging, and integration of precision-engineered components.
- Familiarity with EDA and Cadence or similar design platforms, especially beneficial if working with electromechanical or mechatronic assemblies.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Ability to interpret customer drawings and specifications, and convert them into production-ready designs aligned with OEM standards.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, industry drawing standards, and basic analytical skills for design validation.
- Effective communication, collaboration skills, and the ability to work on-site with cross-functional manufacturing, process, and quality teams.
