We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Compliance Executive – KYC Verification to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out customer identity verification, reviewing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that customer onboarding processes comply with applicable KYC and compliance requirements.

Fluency in Spoken and written English compulsory

Timings: You will be working UK shift times from 10 AM to 6:30 PM UK Time.

Start at approximately 02:30 pm and finish at 11:00 pm (India Time).

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday plus half days on every alternate Saturday.

Salary: INR 15000/- to 30000/- per month

as follows:

- Conduct KYC verification for new and existing customers.
- Review and verify identity documents such as passports, driving licences, and other supporting documents.
- Check customer information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential compliance concerns and escalate them appropriately.
- Perform customer due diligence (CDD)



checks in accordance with internal procedures.
- Review customer profiles and supporting information to identify potential risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date KYC records and documentation.
- Communicate with customers by email, and chat when additional information or documents are required.
- Stay updated with internal KYC procedures and relevant compliance requirements.

Requirements
- Previous experience in KYC, AML, compliance, customer verification, banking, financial services, or a similar role is preferred.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and potential risks in customer information and documentation.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
