About us

Doodh & Co delivers pure, single-origin milk from our own farm to homes in Pune and Mumbai, fresh every morning. No human hand touches the milk from milking to packing, and every batch is lab-tested before it leaves the farm. We're a young, growing team, and we want people who believe families deserve milk they don't have to second-guess.

What you'll do

- Visit gated societies and apartment complexes in your area, meet society committees and facility managers, and get permission for sampling and stalls
- Run tasting stalls and weekend activations, and talk to families about why our milk is different
- Sign up current customers for trials and subscriptions on the spot, using our app or website
- Follow up with trial customers so they become regular subscribers
- Build relationships with society WhatsApp groups, mom communities, and residents' associations
- Share daily feedback on what customers like, what worries them, and how competitors are pricing




- Meet weekly and monthly targets for new subscribers

Who we're looking for

- 1–3 years in field sales, FMCG, dairy, subscription services, or retail. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable speaking Marathi, Hindi and English
- Confident walking up to strangers, and not discouraged by a "no"
- Know Pune well, especially Baner Aundh, Hinjewadi, Wakad, Ravet
- Have your own two-wheeler and a valid licence (fuel allowance provided)
- Neat, polite and trustworthy, because you'll represent us inside people's homes and societies
- Available for weekend activations (with a weekday off in exchange)
