CredX is building a curated ecosystem that connects founders, business owners, and high-quality talent.

We are looking for someone who is highly energetic, confident, outgoing, and driven by execution to help us build this ecosystem from the ground up.

This is not a traditional desk job. You will be out in the ecosystem—meeting founders, attending startup events, building relationships, organizing events, bringing speakers and partners onboard, developing sponsorships, and creating a community people genuinely want to be part of.

If you have organized college fests, E-Cell events, hackathons, conferences, networking events, or student communities—or if you simply have the confidence to walk into a room full of strangers and start meaningful conversations—this role could be a strong fit.

What You’ll Do

Community Building

- Identify and connect with founders, co-founders, and business owners
- Build relationships across Hyderabad’s startup ecosystem
- Attend startup, business, and networking events
- Build and manage CredX’s founder community
- Drive meaningful engagement and participation

Events

- Plan and execute Founder Circles, networking sessions, hiring events, and community gatherings
- Identify venues, speakers, collaborators, and event opportunities
- Manage registrations and attendee communication
- Coordinate vendors and event logistics
- Take ownership of events from planning through execution

Partnerships & Sponsorships

- Identify potential sponsors and strategic partners




- Reach out through calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking
- Pitch CredX events and partnership opportunities
- Build relationships with startups, colleges, incubators, coworking spaces, and ecosystem organizations
- Convert relationships into meaningful partnerships and sponsorships

Freshers are welcome. We care more about what you have built, organized, or achieved than the number of years on your resume. Experience in any of the following is a strong advantage:
