Position: Commis 1 / DCDP – Continental
Location: Mysore ( VIYA )
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITY :
- Prepare and execute Continental dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
- Manage daily kitchen operations and complete assigned responsibilities efficiently.
- Carry out mise en place and ensure timely preparation of ingredients and raw materials.
- Adhere to kitchen SOPs, food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of food and raw materials.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain discipline and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Continental cuisine.
- Relevant experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Good understanding of kitchen operations, SOPs, and food safety standards.
- Strong teamwork, discipline, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
