About the Prospect

Kish Hospitality Consultant is hiring Commis III professionals for a prestigious luxury restaurant in Panjim, Goa.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist chefs in daily food preparation.
- Maintain mise en place.
- Follow standard recipes and kitchen procedures.
- Maintain food quality and hygiene standards.
- Keep the assigned kitchen area clean and organized.
- Assist with receiving and storing food items.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel/restaurant
- Indian or Continental cuisine experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a professional kitchen team.
