ZORBA ESTATES is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with property owners, buyers, sellers, investors, and businesses. We assist with commercial and residential property requirements, property discovery, listings, client coordination, property onboarding, and sales support.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Management Trainee to support our commercial real estate team in day-to-day activities. The role involves working with clients, property owners, and the internal team while gaining practical experience in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the commercial real estate team with daily activities.
- Understand the requirements of businesses and clients looking for commercial properties.
- Assist with pre-sales calls and requirement gathering.
- Coordinate with clients, property owners, and internal teams.
- Help identify and match commercial properties based on client requirements.
- Assist in onboarding commercial properties.
- Collect property details, photos, pricing, location, and other information.
- List commercial properties on real estate portals and company platforms.




- Follow up with clients and property owners through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assist with property visits and site coordination when required.
- Maintain client and property details in trackers.
- Support the team with emails and other day-to-day coordination.
- Take up additional responsibilities based on business requirements.

Requirements
- Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of email, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn about commercial real estate.
- Comfortable with office work and occasional field visits.
- Ability to work with clients and different team members.
