ZORBA ESTATES is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with property owners, businesses, buyers, sellers, and investors. We assist with commercial and residential property requirements, property discovery, property listings, client coordination, property onboarding, and sales support.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Lead to manage and grow our commercial real estate business. The role involves handling client requirements, identifying suitable commercial properties, coordinating with property owners, supporting the team, and taking deals from initial enquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle commercial property requirements from clients and businesses.
- Understand client requirements such as location, budget, property type, size, and usage.
- Identify and match suitable commercial properties with client requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Generate and follow up on commercial property leads.
- Conduct client discussions and property presentations.
- Coordinate property visits and site inspections.
- Negotiate and coordinate between clients and property owners when required.
- Support the team in converting enquiries into successful transactions.
- Onboard new commercial properties and maintain updated property information.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead and property records.
- Guide team members on commercial property requirements and daily activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and business contacts.
- Track ongoing requirements, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Work towards achieving team and business targets.

Requirements
- Any Degree; MBA or relevant qualification is preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate, commercial property, sales, or business development.
- Good knowledge of the Bengaluru commercial real estate market.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Good client handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements at the same time.
- Comfortable with client meetings and property visits.
- Good understanding of commercial property transactions.
