Assist in the preparation and cooking of food as per the menu and standard recipes. Support the Chef/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, plating, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment. Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of food items. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Monitor food quality and report any issues to the senior chef. Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control. Coordinate with other kitchen team members during busy service hours. Follow company policies, kitchen SOPs, and safety guidelines.
