About the Client:

A UAE-based company and one of the leading manufacturing firms in the Middle East, offering a diverse range of industrial, commercial, and specialty products.

:

- Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive sales, revenue, market share, and profitable growth across India.
- Lead the sales and distribution network, setting targets and driving performance across regions, channels, products, and key accounts.
- Oversee pricing, margins, profitability, customer relationships, and commercial controls to maximize business performance.
- Identify new market and business development opportunities, strengthen the brand and market presence, and lead the commercial team toward strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,



Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; MBA/postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of sales and commercial experience, with paints/coatings industry experience mandatory.
- With proven experience in a senior commercial/sales leadership role, managing large sales operations and driving revenue, volume, and profitability growth.
- Strong expertise in dealer/distributor networks, channel management, market expansion, pricing, key accounts, and leading geographically dispersed teams; Robust understanding of the Indian market and regional distribution dynamics.
