We’re Hiring: Quick Commerce/Marketplace Executive

Digital Bees is looking for a hands-on Quick Commerce/Marketplace Executive to support and manage brands across leading Quick Commerce and e-commerce platforms.

Primary focus — Quick Commerce

Blinkit | Zepto | Swiggy Instamart | BB Now

Secondary focus — E-commerce Marketplaces

Amazon | Flipkart | Myntra | Nykaa and other relevant platforms

Experience: 1–2 years The role involves end-to-end execution across:

Quick Commerce

- Catalogue creation, listing and SKU management
- Pricing, offers and promotional updates
- SKU, city, cluster and dark-store level availability tracking
- Inventory and OOS monitoring
- Coordination for replenishment and stock availability
- Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart advertising and campaign optimisation
- Sales, ad spend, ROAS and SKU performance tracking
- Competitor pricing, offers and visibility tracking
- Platform/backend issue resolution

E-commerce Marketplaces
- Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplace account operations
- Product listing creation and catalogue optimisation
- Title, bullets, descriptions, keywords and attribute updates
- Inventory, pricing and promotion management
- Marketplace advertising support and optimisation
- Account health and listing health monitoring
- Search visibility and competitor tracking
- Sales and SKU-level performance analysis
- Coordination for deals,



offers and marketplace campaigns
- Resolving catalogue, listing and operational issues The role will also involve weekly reporting, identifying areas that need attention, recommending actions and coordinating with clients, internal teams and platform teams to get them executed.

Who we're looking for

Someone with 1–2 years of relevant experience in Quick Commerce and/or marketplace operations.

Hands-on exposure to Blinkit, Zepto or Swiggy Instamart will be strongly preferred.

Experience with Amazon / Flipkart marketplace operations and advertising will be an added advantage.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across multiple client brands, is solid with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets, and can take ownership rather than only wait for instructions.

? Location: Mumbai preferred

? Work model: Primarily work from home, with in-person meetings approximately 1–2 times a month as required.
