Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collections Manager role based in the Greater Nashik Area.

The Collections

Manager will oversee the collections operations for assigned portfolios, ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining a professional and respectful customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and guiding collection executives, monitoring collection performance against targets, and implementing strategies to reduce delinquencies and non-performing assets. The role involves reviewing customer accounts, coordinating with internal stakeholders such as credit, operations, and legal teams,



and preparing periodic reports on collection metrics and portfolio health.

The Collections

Manager will be expected to adhere to regulatory and company guidelines, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to process improvements in the collections function.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in collections management, loan recovery, or credit control within financial services, preferably in retail lending or housing finance.
- Skills in portfolio monitoring, delinquency analysis, and risk assessment, with the ability to interpret data and take timely action.
- Proficiency in team leadership, performance management, and mentoring on-ground collection staff and agencies.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills for engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory guidelines, compliance requirements, and documentation practices in the lending and collections domain.
- Comfort with using MS Excel and other reporting tools; ability to prepare and present clear collection performance reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications in finance or risk management are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
