We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage customer repayments and ensure timely collection of outstanding loan dues.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp and SMS for repayment follow-ups

- Follow up on upcoming and overdue loan payments

- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets

- Maintain accurate collection records in the LMS/CRM

- Follow the defined collection process and communication guidelines

- Track customer commitments and ensure timely follow-up

- Escalate difficult or overdue accounts to the senior collection team

- Coordinate with Operations and Accounts for payment reconciliation

- Maintain professional and compliant communication with customers

Requirements: -

- 1-3 years of experience in collections, fintech, NBFC, banking or financial services

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills

- Comfortable making high-volume customer calls

- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

- Target-oriented and disciplined

- Ability to handle customer objections professionally
