About the Role

CareerNaksha is looking for a Coding Executive who can teach basic coding and programming concepts to school students in Gujarati language. The candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging, practical, and student-friendly coding sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct coding and programming sessions for school students.
- Explain coding concepts in simple Gujarati language.
- Teach students basic programming, logic building, problem-solving, and computational thinking.
- Conduct practical activities and hands-on coding exercises.
- Make coding easy and interesting through examples, activities, and projects.
- Assess students' understanding and provide guidance where required.
- Maintain attendance and session records.
- Coordinate with school teachers and the project team.
- Prepare basic session reports and provide regular updates to the HR/project coordinator.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned training sessions and project activities.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of basic coding and programming concepts.




- Ability to explain technical concepts in easy Gujarati.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable interacting with school students.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Scratch, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or similar will be an advantage.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for school sessions, if required.

Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma / Engineering / Computer-related qualification preferred.
- Candidates with relevant coding, teaching, or training experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with positive coding knowledge and communication skills can also apply.
