LOOKING FOR A CO-FOUNDER & BUSINESS PARTNER — NOT AN EMPLOYEE

I’m building a creative production & media company focused on Weddings, Events, Fashion, Ads, Music Videos & Branded Content.

I’m not looking for an employee

I’m looking for someone who wants to build a business together.

- Who I’m Looking For

Someone genuinely interested in:
- Video Editing & Post-Production
- Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
- Social Media Management & Content Planning
- Building and managing Instagram/Facebook pages
- Client Communication & Coordination
- Branding, Marketing & Business Development
- Most importantly — someone who wants to build something of their own

You don’t need to be an expert at everything. What matters is creative thinking, a business mindset, consistency, responsibility, and the hunger to build something long-term.

- What I’m Offering

This is a Co-Founder / Business Partnership opportunity, not a salaried position.

The idea is to build something from the ground up — develop our client base, create a strong portfolio, manage projects, strengthen our online presence, and eventually scale the company into a larger creative business.

Revenue/profit sharing will be discussed based on roles, contribution, responsibilities and mutual understanding.

Location: Kolkata

Preferably someone who can work closely with the team and is genuinely serious about building a long-term creative venture.

If You’re Someone Who Says:

“I don’t just want a job. I want to build a business.”

Then let’s talk.

DM me with a little about yourself, your skills, your editing work/portfolio, and what you want to build.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
