Perform coating activities as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and SOPs.
Check coating parameters such as spray rate, inlet temperature, and pan speed.
Conduct in-process checks and maintain production records.
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance, and changeover activities.
Report equipment malfunctions, deviations, and quality issues to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
