Co-Founder / Angel Investor — PropDadaPropDada is looking for a Co-Founder / Angel Investor to join us at an early stage and help build a category-defining PropTech company.

We have already built and deployed the core technology, including our property platform, CRM, Dialer, property data infrastructure, and customer-facing experiences. We are now focused on scaling operations, acquiring projects and customers, and building the company into a large real-estate technology platform.

This is not a conventional employment role. We are looking for someone who wants to participate as a co-founder and investor, contributing capital alongside strategic involvement, network, and execution.

Responsibilities

- Invest capital into PropDada as part of the company's early-stage growth.
- Work closely with the founder on company strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and growth.
- Help identify and open doors to builders, developers, investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
- Contribute expertise in areas such as business development, sales, technology, finance, operations, marketing, or real estate.
- Help build scalable systems and processes as the company expands.
- Participate in key strategic decisions and help establish the company's long-term direction.
- Leverage your professional and business network to accelerate PropDada's growth.
- Act as a long-term strategic partner rather than a passive investor.

Qualifications




- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in building a company from an early stage.
- Ability and willingness to invest capital into the business.
- Strong professional or entrepreneurial track record.
- Experience in one or more of: Real Estate, PropTech, Technology, Sales, Finance, Investment, Business Development, Marketing, or Operations.
- Strong network and ability to create meaningful business relationships.
- Strategic thinking combined with a willingness to execute.
- High ownership, integrity, and long-term commitment.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage setting where priorities evolve quickly.
- Prior startup, founder, angel-investing, or leadership experience is valuable but not mandatory.
