We are looking for a co-founder who wants to build a creative/content agency from scratch.

The idea is simple: brands need content constantly, but the process of finding creators, production teams, studios, shoots and editors is still fragmented.

We want to bring this together under one network — helping brands go from brief → talent → shoot → edit → content bank through one partner.

What you’ll own

- Production & day-to-day operations
- Building a network of creators, models, photographers, videographers and production crews
- Managing shoots from planning to delivery
- Finding the right talent for different brand requirements
- Building a repeatable production system
- Eventually building and managing the production team

The goal is to start lean, win our first clients, turn projects into recurring content packages/retainers, and build the network from Bengaluru. This isn't a job. It's a founding prospect.
