Machine Setup: Load raw materials, secure fixtures, and select the correct cutting tools.

Operation: Start machine cycles, load pre-written programs, and monitor cutting speed and feeds.

Quality Control: Check finished parts using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.

Adjustments: Make basic tool offset and wear corrections to keep parts within exact tolerances.

Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning, check coolant and oil levels, and report mechanical issues.

Safety: Follow shop floor safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of G-codes, M-codes, and CNC control panels (like Fanuc or Siemens).

Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Measuring Skills: Proficiency with precision instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.

Education: ITI certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Machining.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a machine shop workplace.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
